Bob Daigle is asking "I
would like to query any Nuclear Weaponsman serving between 1958 and
1961 if they were ever monitored for radiation exposure, in any
manner, and if a DD-1141 was ever placed in their permanent
veteran’s medical record." Reply to Bob at

Richard Gurule is asking: " I have filed a claim to VA for my cancer, I got a letter from them saying they are requesting my exposure, but as we all know when I was in in 1978 era there was no ALARA or Film badges, and I would like as many members that remember or want to to send me a letter basically saying that before say 1986 (that’s when I went back to the fleet after recruiting) that there was no ALARA or Film badges issued to GMT’s/WT’s to measure exposure.
